Shipping

• Free Worldwide Shipping
  Complimentary shipping is included on all orders over $300 AUD.

• Production Time
  Each print is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing prior to dispatch.
  This allows an appropriate lead-time for specialist printing, drying, quality control, and packaging of your print.

• Packaging

  • A3 prints are packed flat to prevent bending.

  • Large format prints (A1) are lightly rolled and shipped in durable, heavy-duty spiral wound mailing tubes for safe delivery.

• Delivery Estimates

  • Australia: 2–5 business days

  • International: 6–10 business days

• Tracking & Insurance
  All shipments include tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

• Taxes & Duties
  Prices are listed in AUD and include GST for Australian customers. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees applied by their local customs authority.

Returns & Exchanges

• Final Sale
  All prints are custom-made to order and are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Damaged or Faulty Items
  If your print arrives damaged, please contact hello@rajveerjohal.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. A replacement will be arranged.

• Lost Shipments
  If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, we will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue.
